Welcome to the Author's Apprentice . . . a unique online platform for readers aged between 12 to 17 to work with international best-selling author Stephen Hunt on an original novel over the course of a year.

First offered in 2014, the Author’s Apprentice is a totally free literacy program for secondary school-aged students. It has helped 1.2 million pupils in the UK, Ireland, Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand (and more recently, India) find and deepen their love of reading and story writing.
